<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">Unter den Nutzer:innen der Bibliotheken gehören die Jugendlichen zu denen, die am schwersten zu erreichen sind. Aber stimmt das überhaupt? Oder haben wir einfach Vorurteile
und Ängste, die uns von einer Kontaktaufnahme abhalten? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">Nach unserer Erfahrung kann die Bibliothek als außerschulischer und außerfamiliärer Ort eine ganz besondere Rolle für die Jugendlichen spielen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">Hier kann in einem geschützten Rahmen „erwachsenes Verhalten“ erprobt werden und wertschätzender Umgang erfolgt auf Augenhöhe und nach Interessenlage.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">Hier können die Jugendlichen die Erfahrung machen, wahrgenommen zu werden.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">Für die Bibliothekar:innen bedeutet das: Beziehungsarbeit; sich einlassen, authentisch und interessiert sein.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#1F3864">In diesem Workshop kommen wir in Kontakt mit dem „inneren Jugendlichen“… Wir teilen unsere Erfahrungen aus Bibliothek und Jugendarbeit. Die Teilnehmer:innen lernen
einfach nachvollziehbare Zugänge kennen, die den Bibliotheks- und Schulalltag erleichtern. Außerdem können Techniken (analog und digital) zu ausgewählten Büchern und Kreativthemen erarbeitet und ausprobiert werden.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
